Mike Dodds from Certara then does an interactive presentation on practical tools and the critical thinking needed by a pharmacometrician and how to communicate the results effectively. The open-source system, R, is used and all programming code is provided to reproduce the simulations.
Finally, Aida Kawuma from Pharmacometrics Africa outlines the goals of a new initiative to build up the skills base of pharmacometrics among previously underserved communities.
