This course provides an overview of the drug discovery and development process, from identifying unmet medical needs to selecting clinical candidates and designing informative clinical trials. Using the H3D discovery of MMV390048 as a case study, the session highlights the scientific and regulatory considerations that guide decision-making across each stage of development.
