This training covers how regulators judge the validity and acceptability of clinical data for decisions. It uses CTD Module 5 and case materials (e.g., Pyramax, Rotarix) to practice critical appraisal, decide when local studies are warranted, evaluate endpoints and biomarkers, and weigh the use of foreign data and post-authorisation changes.
